Content page designs

This is my first design for my content page. I have not chosen this design, as it to simple and plain and will not attract people to read articles. The particular target audience for my magazine are more interested in the photos rather than writing, therefore this content page would not be idea for my target audience.






This is my second and chosen content page design. I have chosen this design as the categorises are clearly labelled, making it easier to locate the chosen story, you would like to read. Picture of located on the right hand side of the page which related to must read articles, which advertises the best features in the magazine. Finally there is a subscribe box located at the bottom right third of the page, which is typical of magazine.

This is my third content page design, even though i like the layout i have decide not to go with it as it resembles a front page rather than a content page.
The mast head is bold and clear, however this takes away from other features on the page. The articles are clearly labelled making it easier to see to locate the article they want to read.
